sep holds 6th session of 7th directorate meeting, board of supervisors meeting, 1st board strategy committee meeting of 2020
from august 20-21, 2020, sep held the sixth session of the seventh directorate meeting and board of supervisors meeting and the first meeting of the board strategy committee of 2020 in yancheng, jiangsu province. the members of the company's board of directors and supervisors attended the meeting. also present were senior management of sep, spic jiangsu company and zhejiang company, personnel dispatched from the equity management department of the shareholders and heads of relevant departments of sep.
the relevant meetings of the board of directors and supervisors were presided over by sep chairman wang yundan and supervisory board chairman huang yuntao respectively. the meeting listened to, reviewed and passed nine issues for discussion and resolutions including the board of directors work report of 2019 and work arrangements in 2020, the president work report of 2020 h1 and the semi-annual report of 2020, and listened to the report on 14th five-year plan thoughts and integrated smart energy by the company.
all the directors and supervisors fully affirmed the company for facing the severe challenges of the epidemic actively in the first half of the year, and completing and even exceeding various goals and tasks in h1 successfully. the meeting required the company to continue to insist on the annual targets unswervingly, focus on playing "three decks of cards" well, speed up reform and innovation, improve risk prevention, ensure to complete and exceed the annual business objectives, and continue striving to create long-term, stable and growing returns for shareholders.
after listening to the company's report on the 14th five-year plan thoughts and integrated smart energy development, all the directors and supervisors sang high praise of it, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions for the company's future development.
during the meeting, the directors and supervisors of the company made a special trip to binhai harbor to conduct a research on the construction site of binhai south h3 offshore wind power project, the production and operation site of binhai thermal power plan as well as the coal dock in binhai harbor affiliated to jiangsu company, listened carefully to the work report and raised their opinions and advice.
