after hearing the report on the implementation of production and operation, scientific research, etc. and the main work goals and plans for 2021, hu jiandong stressed a few points as follows:
firstly, center around the requirements for "peak carbon emissions" and "carbon neutrality", study the impact of carbon tax on hydrogen production and utilization in advance, and evaluate the related economy and competitiveness.
secondly, follow the planning and layout of hydrogen refueling stations in shanghai, speed up the formulation of planning and implementation strategy for the construction of stations during the 14th five-year plan period (2021-2025), forge cooperation with multiple parties and strive to build a complete hydrogen energy supply network in shanghai area.
thirdly, accelerate the construction of hydrogen energy liaison and coordination mechanism, promote the upstream and downstream linkage of hydrogen energy industry chain, and give full play to the integration advantages of the whole industry chain.
during the research, hu jiandong and his delegation inspected the r&d situation of the overall unit of the 35mpa/70mpa hydrogen dispenser, high-pressure hydrogen supply system for fuel cell vehicles and key components such as hydrogen cylinder valve on site, and held technical exchanges with the relevant personnel.
