on march 26, 2021, sep held the eighth session of the seventh directorate meeting and board of supervisors meeting successfully at the headquarters. the members of the company's board of directors and supervisors attended the meeting. also present were the senior management, heads of related departments and witnessing lawyers.

 

the meeting of the board of directors was chaired by sep chairman hu jiandong, which unanimously approved 16 proposals including the president's work report of 2020, the board of directors' work report of 2020, the annual financial report of 2020 and annual financial budget of 2021 and the annual profit distribution plan of 2020.

presided over by supervisory board chairman huang yuntao, the board of supervisors meeting reviewed and passed eight proposals including the board of supervisors' work report of 2020.

all the directors and supervisors fully affirmed the various operating results achieved by the company in 2020. the meeting requested that the company should make every effort to implement the goal of peak carbon emissions in 2021, adhere to ecological priority and green development, insist on starting from reality and seeking truth from facts, stick to highlighting performance orientation and strengthening value concept and risk concept, persist in reform and innovation and management improvement, take safety as the basis and efficiency as the center, ensure the completion of various annual goals and tasks, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness and value creativity, so as to reward the shareholders and the society with excellent results.

before the meeting, the company held the board of directors audit committee meeting, which heard the report on annual audit work situation in 2020, and reviewed the annual financial report of 2020 and annual financial budget of 2021, the annual report of 2020, the annual internal control evaluation report of 2020 and the proposal on daily connected transactions in 2021. the board of directors nomination committee meeting was also held to deliberate on the proposal to adjust members of board of directors.
