on july 24, 2019, chinese ambassador to malta jiang jiang went to d3 power plant affiliated to sep (malta) holding ltd. (sepm), and visited chinese and foreign staff. political counsellor wang zhaofeng and economic and commercial counsellor zhou shijie participated in the visit.
accompanied by the company leader, jiang jiang went to the general office, workshop and central control room of the power plant, greeted chinese and foreign employees sticking to their posts despite the hot weather, and presented them with summer cooling products.
jiang spoke highly of the power plant for the contributions to developing clean energy and benefiting local residents, and encouraged the chinese and foreign staff to keep up the good work, continue to achieve greater results, and promote sino-maltese economic and trade cooperation to a new height.
